bajibagh Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

This terms and conditions document forms a legal agreement between bajibagh and all its registered members. All services offered under the bajibagh platform — online casino games, sports betting, live casino and other entertainment activities — are covered by these terms.

bajibagh reserves the right to make necessary changes with the aim of improving its services. Members will be notified in due time when any change takes effect. Continued use of the service will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms have been written in Bengali and that is the authoritative version. If a translation in another language is available, the Bengali version will take precedence in the event of a dispute.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Registration Terms

To open an account at bajibagh, members must provide accurate and complete information. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account cancellation, and in such cases any deposited funds or winnings may be forfeited.

• Each individual may create only one account.
• Opening multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited.
• The mobile number or email provided at registration must be active.
• After registration, documents may be requested to verify the member's identity.

2.2 Account Security

Each member is personally responsible for maintaining the security of their own account. Sharing your password with a third party or allowing someone else to use your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the bajibagh support team immediately.

3. Age and Eligibility

All services on the bajibagh platform are available only to persons aged 21 or older. Use of the platform by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited. A copy of a national ID card or passport may be requested at registration or at any later stage to verify age.

Additionally, any person who is legally ineligible to participate in online gaming activities may not create or operate an account on bajibagh.

4. Deposits and Payments

bajibagh currently accepts deposits through popular mobile and banking methods in Bangladesh. Accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major banks).

4.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳300. Amounts below this are not accepted and the system will automatically reject them.

4.2 Validity of Deposits

Funds deposited at bajibagh must come from the member's own registered payment method. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. If any inconsistency is found in a transaction, bajibagh may temporarily hold the transaction for verification purposes.

• Deposited funds are generally added to the account immediately.
• Bank transfers may take somewhat longer.
• If any transaction is delayed, please contact the support team.

5. Withdrawal Rules

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer may be used to withdraw winnings. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

5.1 Verification Process

The member's identity verification must be completed before making a withdrawal request. This process may require a national ID card and documents proving ownership of the payment method.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The withdrawal method and the deposit method should preferably be the same.
• Before withdrawing winnings from a bonus, the related wagering requirement must be met.
• Withdrawals may be delayed in cases where verification is incomplete.
• If any irregularity is suspected in a transaction, bajibagh reserves the right to keep the withdrawal under investigation.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

New members at bajibagh will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus; the total balance will be ৳2,000 and ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before it becomes withdrawable.

6.1 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Before claiming a bonus, carefully read the specific terms of the relevant promotion.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• bajibagh reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• The same member may not claim the same promotion more than once, unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
• A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to receive a bonus.

6.2 Other Promotions

Separate wagering requirements also apply to the weekly reload reward, Friday weekend bonus, cricket festival bonus and other special offers. The terms for all these promotions are detailed on the relevant offer page. Cashback and benefits included in bajibagh's VIP programme are also subject to separate terms.

7. Gaming Rules

Following the set rules while playing games on the bajibagh platform is mandatory. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial and automated. If a technical error occurs in any game result, bajibagh reserves the right to cancel that round and return the wagered amount.

7.1 Sports Betting

Sports bets are settled based on the outcome of the specified event. If an event is cancelled, the wagered amount will be returned. Odds may change during live betting and bets will be settled at the accepted odds.

7.2 Live Casino

If a connection is lost during a live casino game, bajibagh will determine the game result according to the system log. bajibagh will not be liable for any loss caused by technical issues, however the relevant round may be cancelled and the wagered amount returned.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bajibagh platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or creating an account on behalf of another person.
• Exploiting system or game vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using any kind of software bot or automated program.
• Conducting money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Using a third party's account or identity.
• Making unauthorised attempts to access bajibagh's systems or network.
• Creating artificial betting patterns for the purpose of bonus abuse.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure, cancellation of related winnings and legal action where necessary.

9. Account Suspension

bajibagh reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

1. Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
2. Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
3. Suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
4. Threats to financial security or system integrity.
5. Inactive account — no activity for an extended period.

Members will be notified of account closure wherever possible. However, action may be taken without prior notice in urgent security-related situations.

10. Responsible Gaming

bajibagh believes that entertainment gaming should be enjoyed responsibly. The platform has several tools to help members manage their own gaming habits. These include setting deposit limits, temporarily pausing an account and a self-exclusion option.

bajibagh is not liable for financial losses suffered by members due to technical errors, server downtime or internet connectivity issues. bajibagh's direct liability is also limited in cases of technical problems with third-party game providers.

12.2 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have any dispute or complaint, first contact bajibagh's customer support team with full details. The support team will generally review the matter and respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your complaint, there is an option to have it reviewed at a higher level.

13. Changes to Terms
